Commercial Quarters: Travelers on TDY orders are not authorized to make their own commercial quarters reservations directly with local commercial lodging facilities, you must contact Pine Oaks Lodging. If there is no availability, lodging will make commercial quarters (CQs) reservations for you. You may go directly to your hotel. Members in PCS/TLA status: If lodging does not have room availability on base, members are provided a non-availability (N/A) letter from lodging. Once a N/A letter has been issued, the member may make their own arrangements.
