WINTER
RATES Weekend rates
apply Oct. 1 - March 31 and are prorated as a one-day charge.
All rental items are due back by 11 a.m. the next
business day or a customer will be charged a full day of rental.
LATE
FEE
Items are considered
late when not returned by the date indicated on the rental agreement.
Overdue equipment will have a set charge of TWICE THE DAILY RATE.
CLEANING FEE
A cleaning fee equal to daily
rate will be charged for items returned improperly cleaned.
EQUIPMENT
INSPECTION Patrons must
inspect the equipment before leaving the Rental Center and advise of any
discrepancies. Every attempt is made prior to rental to ensure that
equipment is clean and serviceable. Help prolong equipment life through
proper care and use so others can enjoy it also.
ELIGIBILITY
Equipment
is available to all active duty and retired military and their
dependants 18 years of age or older, reservists and DoD employees
assigned to Robins AFB, and DoD contractors who are authorized for
logistics support.
BOAT RENTALS
Patrons
are required to pass the Georgia
Boating Safety Test before renting any watercraft equipment. The test is
administered 8:30 a.m. - 4 p.m., Mon. - Fri.

POLICIES
Patrons are responsible for the condition of the
equipment in their custody at all times. Damage or loss of any item will
be charged to the user for the cost of repair or replacement. Equipment
is the customer’s responsibility until it has been checked back in
at Equipment Rental.
SERVICES
Chainsaw chains are sharpened for $3 per chain. Chains must be removed
from bar before bringing in.
ALL RENTALS
Check
out time starts the 24 hour rental cycle. You are charged from time of
check out to time of return. One minute past the 24 hour cycle starts a
new day and constitutes an additional day’s charge. No early pickups. |
