1. Reservations are not made in advance. The room is on a first-come, first-served basis.
2. All parents must register at the front desk. Adults must annotate the number of children they are sponsoring and the children's names and ages.
3. Badges will be issued and worn by the parents and children and to identify them as authorized patrons. These badges will be given to parties at the front desk.
4. Both parents of child(ren) may work out together in room when their child is present.
5. Parents may NOT bring adult family member guests into the PCA.
6. There is a one-hour workout limit.
7. No food or snacks are allowed. Water only.
8. Diapers will not be changed in the PCA. There are diaper changing stations located in bathrooms by the front desk lobby.
9. There is a phone located in the circuit room across PCA.
10. Children must be supervised at all times. Maximum ratio 1 parent to 4 children. Room capacity 10 adults, 8 children.
11. Child play room for ages 6 months 12 yrs. Babies 0-5 months must be in carrier next to parent.
12. Children not allowed on adult exercise equipment. They must stay in the play area.
13. Parents are required to bring toys/movies for their child's amusement. The fitness center will not provide these.
14. Strollers and carriers will be parked in designated spots.
15. Parents must turn off the TV in the play area after use.
16. Both the exercise area and the play area will be kept clean. Exercise equipment and play area padding that children have used must be wiped down before leaving. Return children's furniture to proper location.
