Class Descriptions
Beginners or those with questions or concerns should arrive 5 - 10 minutes before the scheduled class time to speak
with the instructor.
Hi-Lo Interval
Working at your own level, this traditional aerobics class will keep you movin’ & groovin’ around the room. Moves can be performed high or low impact & weights are used in intervals. It's truly a high-energy, fat-burning class that will leave you in a sweat.
ABS LAB
Feel the burn with 30 minutes of intense exercises for your abs, legs, & back.
If you think your abs are tough, then you should try out this class! It will have you begging to stop but wanting to come back for more. All fitness levels invited!
Core Stability
Activate your core with dynamic stability ball exercises! Sculpt your abs & back to improve posture & balance. Define your muscles with great stability ball moves and free weights. This class is open to all levels of fitness.
PT Madness
60 minutes of raw grit, sweat & heart pumping fun that combines physical fitness training, aerobics, & more variety to your workout. Designed for you to navigate at your own pace; high or low, fast or slow. No matter the pace you’ll love it guaranteed.
Boot Camp
This military inspired, self-paced class is designed for all fitness levels. Get pumped up with challenging exercise stations and cardio activities. Hard core fitness enthusiasts are invited to test their strength, endurance, & willpower!
Basic Step
Looking for a Step class with uncomplicated choreography, less demands for coordination skills, and intensity controlling options to still get a great workout? Then Basic Step is for you! Great for first-time steppers!

Step-N-Stone

With a combination of classic step and body sculpting this class will leave you completely fulfilled! Join us for a wonderful mixture of cardio and muscle strengthening.

CardioBox
A high-energy class filled with various jabs, kicks, and intense cardio moves. Don’t miss this dynamic combination of martial arts and aerobics.
Senior Moves
A 45-minute workout that includes warm-up, low impact cardio, strengthening and stability exercises using weights and/or the stability ball, cool down and stretch.
Senior Circuit
A well-rounded class consisting of various cardio activities, rotation from one strength machine to the next, & flexibility exercises. Stop by to check it out!
Spinning
Indoor cycling exposing participants to a variety of training styles & Energy Zones to improve health & fitness. Be ready for a ride of your life as the instructor has you sprint, ease up, or add resistance to simulate hills. 
Splashing To The Oldies
45 minutes of great music & fun, calorie burning, muscle strengthening exercises in the shallow end of the pool. Leave refreshed & ready to take on the day!
Aqua Fusion
Think water aerobics is not made for hard core fitness enthusiasts? Try this intensity packed class! Guaranteed to make you sweat & feel your muscles burn with awesome cardio moves & strengthening exercises in the shallow end of the pool.
AQUACISE
Shallow-to-Deep cardio and total body strength conditioning exercises for the intermediate to advanced individual. Beginners are welcomed to join and work at their own pace.
Shao Lin Ryu
Shao Lin Ryu is a Chinese martial art that has a direct lineage to the Shao Lin Temple.  This is a dynamic and flowing art that has both hard and soft style forms and techniques.  You will
learn short and long kata, sparring techniques, self-defense and traditional weapons.
Okinawan Seidokan Karate
Discipline through positive encouragement. Build self-confidence in the ability to defend yourself. Improve self-control, balance, flexibility, strength & stamina. Total Fighting Art including kicking, punching & blocking techniques of Karate, Aiki Ju Jutsu & traditional weaponry of Okinawa.
