Dear Newcomers,
We are excited you will be coming to Robins Air Force Base to
live. Our youth sponsors are here to welcome you and help make
your transition to your new home. When you arrive on base please
stop by the Youth Center and one of the Torch or Keystone Club
members or a staff member will provide you an orientation.
Parents are welcome at any time.
Youth Programs is for ages 9 – 18. We have a before and after
school program for youth ages 5-12. If you have siblings younger
than 5 who require child care we have 2 Child Development
Centers.
We have a terrific Youth Program and great youth. We know you
will have fun and make lots of new friends while you are
here. Membership is reasonable, $ 1 a day, $20 quarterly or $40
yearly. Your first visit to the Youth Center is free so please
come by and visit us. We also have a web site that you are
welcome to check out and view some of the great activities we
offer such as Torch Club, 4-H, Fit Factor, Smart Moves, Power
Hour, and Arts and Crafts. The gym and computer room are
available for your use daily. We offer special events such as
dances, field trips, and skate parties for the youth. Once a
month we offer Give Parents a Break/Give Kids a Break for ages
5 – 12. This activity is free with a voucher or $15 per
child. Youth participating in Give Parents a Break are provided
dinner and a snack and fun activities for the kids.
