Child Development Center/FCC Subsidy Program


Total family income determines your fee category. You may pay bi-weekly or monthly and
credit card payments (Visa or MasterCard) are accepted. The following chart gives you 
an idea of your weekly child care fee:

Waiting List Procedures
• Complete a DD Form 2602 (request for care) for each child.
• For unborn children, request form may be completed during the 6th month of pregnancy. 
  Form is prioritized upon the birth if the child.
• Parent's email addresses needed.
• Parent's status determines placement category.
• Total family income determines the weekly fee per child.
• There are no reductions for families with more than one child in care.
• Parents must maintain accurate, up-to-date contact information to avoid missed child care
  opportunities.
• AF Subsidy Program in FCC home may be used when space is not available in CDC.
• For new children enrolled, CDC spaces must be filled before parent can use subsidy 
  program in FCC homes.
