Horizons membership is available to all active duty, reserve
and retired commissioned officers and DoD civilians GS-9 and
equivalent NAF and Wage Grades and above.
Membership dues are $18 a month per member and $9 a month
per member for eligible individuals residing outside a 50-mile radius
of the base. To become a member, visit the club located in
Bldg. 542 on Club Drive, and complete an application.
Membership cards are also a MasterCard, which can be used world-wide.
